Good morning! When you wake up, GuMo sums up what your watch knows about your night – on seven clear pages in the Garmin look: • Start – weather picture and a personal greeting • Night – estimated sleep window and how well you recovered • Body Battery – current level and overnight recharge • Resting HR – today compared to your 7-day average • Training tip – from rest day to intervals, based on recovery, resting heart rate and recovery time • Weather – current, low/high, chance of rain, sunrise and sunset • For today – a different motivating quote every day How the night works: GuMo estimates when you fell asleep and woke up from your Body Battery, your stress history and your evening steps. Recovery shows how much of the possible Body Battery recharge you actually got. The values are an estimate made by the watch, not a medical measurement, and may differ from Garmin Connect. Setup: Enter your first name for the greeting in the Connect IQ app under GuMo's settings. For an accurate night estimate, open GuMo once after installing – from the following night on GuMo records your evening steps. Privacy: All health data stays on your watch. Only if the watch has no Garmin weather does GuMo request the weather from Open-Meteo, sending your approximate location (rounded to about 1 km). No accounts, no ads, no tracking. Weather data: Garmin or Open-Meteo.com (CC BY 4.0).
