The widget can be used as an aid in fighting harmful habits by growing a virtual tree. As long as you withstand the temptation a tiny tree will grow on your wrist. Each time you resist a temptation there is an option to log it. Use cases: - quitting smoking - consuming less junk food - controlling triggers of anxiety Please note that due to very limited Garmin device capabilities the tree can only have a limited number of growth states.
