Descrição
By comparing your resting heart rate, HRV-based stress, and sleeping respiration rate—which your watch already records—against your own "normal" baseline, this app gently notifies you of your daily condition. No manual input or complex operation is needed. Just wear your watch, and it quietly watches over you in the background. [Key Features] - Condition Score (0-100) The closer you are to your normal state, the higher the score. You can check three stages—"Stable," "Fluctuating," and "Rest Sign"—at a glance with a visual ring and large numbers. - Rest Sign Notifications If an unusual state continues while you are at rest, the app will gently notify you. For changes noticed during sleep, it will notify you just once after you wake up. - Nightly Review It summarizes your heart rate, stress, and respiration during sleep for each night. This makes it easier to notice unusual nights or small changes that last for several days. - Explanations Included It automatically detects travel, jet lag, high altitude, post-workout fatigue, and hot weather, and adds these reasons to the notifications. - Recovery Tips Displays suitable advice for your current state, such as "Stay hydrated," "Take it easy," or "Get some rest early." - Biometrics Clearly displays whether your resting heart rate, stress, and respiration rate are "Normal," "Slightly High," or "High" compared to your usual range. - 24-Hour Trend & Glance You can check the trend of your condition throughout the day on a graph. The Glance (widget) feature allows you to quickly see your current status in a single line. - Your Personalized Baseline The watch learns your personal "normal" state by analyzing your past 14 days of data, divided into Morning, Afternoon, Evening, and Sleep. - Minimizing Notification Fatigue The app pauses analysis during and shortly after exercise. Notifications are limited to a maximum of twice a day. You can also mute notifications until the next morning by pressing the MENU button (or long-pressing on touch devices). [Battery & Privacy] The app runs with minimal impact on your battery, performing a light check only once every 15 minutes. All data is processed entirely on the watch. There is no account registration and no data is sent to external servers. [Settings] You can change the following settings from the Garmin Connect app: - Detection Sensitivity - Notify during sleep - Time to pause notifications after exercise - Reset baseline data [Getting Started] The first 48 hours or so is a learning period for the app to understand your normal state. If your watch has recent sleep data, this period will be shorter. [Disclaimer] This app is designed to help monitor your daily wellness and is not a medical device. It cannot diagnose, treat, or prevent any diseases. The displayed values are estimates and can be affected by alcohol consumption, jet lag, high altitude, or lack of sleep. If you feel unwell, please do not push yourself and consult a doctor. [Support the Developer] Strain Radar is completely free and ad-free. If you find it useful, buying me a coffee would be greatly appreciated and encouraging! https://buymeacoffee.com/kazuki_mc
