介绍
This app estimates your metabolic age. Metabolic age refers to the age at which your metabolism is functioning. It is a measure of how efficiently your body utilizes energy, burns calories, and processes nutrients. In other words, it indicates how well your metabolism is functioning relative to your average people of your age. Having a metabolic age that is younger than your chronological age indicates good health while having a metabolic age that’s older signifies poor health. Warning: This app is only intended for educational purposes and maintaining & encouraging a healthy lifestyle & is NOT intended for the diagnosis, cure, mitigation, or treatment of any disease or medical condition. # Features * Displays estimated metabolic age * Displays estimated basal metabolic rate * Displays Body Mass Index (BMI) # Instructions Aside from your user profile info, this app only requires one input, your body fat percentage. You can measure your body fat percentage using a body composition scale like the Garmin Index S2. Some watches like the Samsung Galaxy watch also give an estimated measurement. Otherwise you can use the pictures in the picture carousel below (or the links below) as a guide. Your age, height, weight and gender must be up to date in your Garmin user profile in order to use this app. For a more comprehensive evaluation of your health/fitness, see my FitRate app: https://apps.garmin.com/apps/7dbcedc6-a2bd-42c2-bd21-df073280a44a Body fat percentage guide (actual photos): Male: https://webassets-prod.ultimateperformance.com/uploads/2022/06/30124941/Body-Fat-percentage-.jpg Female: https://webassets-prod.ultimateperformance.com/uploads/2023/10/06171953/Female-body-fat-percentage-comparison-pictures.jpg
