介绍
Swelt estimates how hot you are running inside while you train in the heat, and keeps track of how well your body is adapting to it. During a session it turns your heart rate into an estimate of core temperature with the published ECTemp Kalman filter (Buller, 2013), adds the Physiological Strain Index, and tells you where the trend is heading: "39.0° in ~14 min". Every session feeds a heat-acclimation score that counts heat index (temperature and humidity), duration and how warm you actually got. Between sessions Swelt suggests a plan — "3 × 60 min to 80%" — shows how long your adaptation holds if you stop, and suggests a heat-adjusted heart-rate ceiling for today. It is an estimate for use during exercise only: not a thermometer, not for fever, not a medical device. WHAT IT DOES - Live estimated core temperature from heart rate, with trend and time to your limit - Physiological Strain Index 0–10 and gentle vibration alerts near your limit - Heat acclimation 0–100% from heat index, duration and core response, with decay when you pause - A plan in sessions to reach your target, and how many days your level holds - A heat-adjusted heart-rate ceiling for today - 30-day acclimation graph and session history - Records a FIT activity with core estimate, strain and heat index as extra fields - Celsius or Fahrenheit, five languages, and a glance with your acclimation WHAT IT NEEDS - A wrist heart-rate sensor - Temperature and humidity from the phone's weather, or set them by hand in the settings
