介绍
Vilpa helps you fit short bursts of vigorous movement into your day: a minute up the stairs, a brisk walk uphill, a quick set of squats. Research on vigorous intermittent lifestyle activity (VILPA) links three to four of these one-minute moments a day with better health in people who never go to the gym. Vilpa checks whether your heart rate really reached the vigorous zone, so every snack counts for what it was. Start a snack and the watch counts down the minute, buzzes when you cross your threshold and keeps measuring through the 30 seconds after, because heart rate lags behind effort. Moments you did not start yourself are picked up from today's heart rate history. The home screen shows today's snacks against your goal and suggests when the next one fits; swipe for the week, your streak, and insights such as how fast you reach the zone and how quickly your heart rate drops afterwards. WHAT IT DOES - Five snack types with a one-minute timer, halfway buzz and a buzz when you reach the vigorous zone - Checks each snack: seconds above threshold, peak heart rate, time to the zone and one-minute recovery - Threshold from heart rate reserve (60 %) or 77 % of max, using your Garmin zones, profile or own values - Detects vigorous moments while the app is open and from today's heart rate history - Daily goal of 3 to 6 snacks, suggested next moment within your active hours - Seven-day view, streak and trends that show your fitness improving - Five languages and a glance with today's count and a nudge WHAT IT NEEDS - A watch with wrist heart rate - No phone, no account, no internet — everything is worked out on the watch
