Beschreibung
Body Alarm shows your Garmin Body Battery level and helps you notice when it is time to rest or when you are recharged. Choose separate low and high alerts in the app's Alerts menu, including an upper alert at 100%. Each alert triggers when the level crosses its threshold and resets after the level moves back. You can turn alerts off, select a sound or use Silent (no alerts). Optional quiet hours are off by default. Alerts also respect your watch's Do Not Disturb setting. The dates and times show when Body Alarm last recorded a value near each ten-percent level. Dates use month-day, followed by the time. N/A means there is no saved reading for that level yet.
