SelfPeak for Garmin is the watch companion to the free SelfPeak iPhone app. Start a workout on your phone and it appears on your watch; every set you log on the wrist is recorded in the app. Without the phone, the watch has three sample workouts to try. Built like Garmin's own Strength activity: - One big number per screen: reps × kg for the set you're on, then your rest countdown. - BACK logs the set and starts the rest timer; the watch vibrates when rest is over. - UP/DOWN pages: this exercise's sets, heart rate with time and calories, the exercise list. - Hold UP to change reps or weight before you log. START pauses: Resume, Next exercise, Save or Discard. - A short rating at the end (how hard, how you felt, anything hurt) goes back to the app, so your next plan adapts. - Saved to Garmin Connect as a Strength activity. Requires: the free SelfPeak app for iPhone, with Garmin Connect on the same iPhone, for the phone link. The watch app works on its own with the sample workouts.

- Rate a workout on your phone and the watch closes "How hard was that?" by itself, also after you resume a workout on the phone. - The sample workouts show only until your phone sends your own plans.
