v1.3.9 Improved fast duration adjustment, now supporting multi-day edits with days, hours, and minutes. Better protection against clock conflicts, preventing incorrect fast start times. Fixed an issue where saving a completed fast could fail and leave the user in the wrong screen. Updated fast threshold behavior with a clear 12-hour minimum and improved threshold settings. Improved streak tracking so missed days reset streaks correctly. Notification limits now reset properly based on the watch’s local day. General internal cleanup and stability improvements. Health Check renamed to Record Capacity, now showing the real storage capacity for fasting records. FastWarrior User Manual Quick Start If no fast is running, press Select to start. If a fast is active, the fasting screen opens automatically. To stop a fast, tap the fasting screen or press Start. Main Screen The main screen is your home screen. Not fasting: shows the start prompt Fasting: swipe right to open the active fasting screen Swipe up or press Down: open Settings Swipe down: open Statistics Starting a Fast You can start in two ways: Start now Adjust start If Ask Before Starting is enabled, a confirmation menu appears first. Start now begins from the current watch time. Adjust start lets you begin in the past. Standard mode: Hours and Minutes Multi Day mode: Days and Hours If the selected time conflicts with saved fasting history, the app blocks the start and shows Clock conflict. Fasting Screen The fasting screen shows your active fast. Large timer: total fasting time Second line: time remaining or extra time beyond goal Progress ring updates as your fast continues Goal and Threshold are different: Goal = target fasting length shown on screen Threshold = minimum needed before a fast is saved Stopping a Fast If Ask Before Stopping is off, stopping happens immediately. If it is on, you see: Save and Stop Adjust Duration Cancel Adjust Duration changes the full fasting length and supports days, hours, and minutes. Important save rule: A fast must always reach at least 12 hours to be saved If Extra Threshold is enabled, the fast must reach that higher value If saving conflicts with record history, the fast stops but is not saved Settings include: Adjust Start Time Fast Type Threshold Notifications Statistics Records Adjust Start and Stop Health Check Fast Type Standard mode offers preset fast lengths such as 12h, 16h, 20h, and Custom. Multi Day mode allows longer fasts using days and hours. If Multi Day mode is turned off, very long saved goals are reduced back into the normal range. Threshold Threshold controls when a fast is saved. Minimum saved fast is always 12h Extra Threshold can raise that minimum If Extra Threshold is off, the app shows 12h minimum Notifications Available reminder options: Master Alerts Aggressive Mode Idle Nudges Over Goal reminders Regular reminders help when you are not fasting or when you go past your goal. Aggressive Mode sends reminders every 2 hours and turns off the regular reminder types. Reminder delivery may still depend on watch notification settings. Adjust Start and Stop You can enable or disable: Ask Before Starting Ask Before Stopping When enabled, the app asks for confirmation before acting. Statistics Current Streak Average Fast Period Longest Fast Longest Streak Total Stats Streaks are based on the watch’s local calendar day. Records The Records list shows saved fasts, newest first. You can: Open a record Edit it Delete it Delete all records Editing lets you change start and end times, but invalid overlaps are blocked. Health Check The menu says Health Check, but the screen shows Record Capacity
