During the day, Pokémon will change poses based on your remaining Body Battery. At night, discover the sleep styles of the featured Pokémon — every night, one of three sleep styles will randomly appear. Pokémon Sleep is a sleep tracker app that turns sleep into entertainment, available for free download on Google Play for Android and App Store for iOS mobile devices.
