Description
This app calculates an estimated biological age based on health data recorded by your Garmin watch. The following metrics are used: VO2 max, resting heart rate, average stress level over the past 7 days, morning Body Battery, and a sleep score. From these values, a deviation from your chronological (actual) age is calculated and displayed as your biological age. The app offers several views: A main screen showing your calculated biological age A timeline view comparing your chronological and biological age An overview of the individual contributing factors (VO2 max, stress, Body Battery, sleep, resting heart rate) General insights indicating areas where improvement may be possible The values are recalculated each time the app is opened using the available sensor data from your watch. Note: This app does not provide a medical diagnosis and does not replace professional medical advice or examination. The calculated "biological age" is purely an estimated value based on limited fitness and activity data and is not a scientifically validated or medically recognized measure of actual biological age. The calculation is intended for informational and entertainment purposes only. For health-related decisions, please consult a qualified physician.
