Caffeine Clock estimates the caffeine in your body from the cups you log. Press Select to add a dose (80, 100 or 150 mg; Up changes the size, Down undoes the last one). It shows the milligrams in you now, the total in the last 24 hours and the clock time you will be under your sleep limit. The decay uses a half-life you choose (5 hours by default, 3 to 8 in settings). Your log stays on the watch. The numbers are a rough estimate because people clear caffeine at very different speeds, and this is not medical advice.
