Description
GlucoPulse widget is a companion widget that displays real-time continuous glucose monitoring (CGM) data directly on your Garmin smartwatch. It bridges your CGM system — Medtronic CareLink or Abbott LibreLinkUp (FreeStyle Libre) — to your wrist through the GlucoPulse cloud service. What you see at a glance: • Current glucose value in mg/dL, color-coded by range (green = safe, yellow = warning, red = critical) • Trend arrow showing glucose direction (rising, falling, stable — 7 levels) • Delta — rate of change since last reading (+/- mg/dL) • 3-hour glucose history chart with target zone bands and guide lines • Time since last sensor reading ("now", "5m", etc.) • Stale data warning when readings are older than 15 minutes Pump & sensor status (Medtronic CareLink users): • Active insulin on board (IOB) • Pump battery level with color-coded warnings • Insulin reservoir level with low alerts Glance view (CIQ 4.x devices): Quick glucose + trend + delta visible without opening the full widget. Smart connectivity: • Background data refresh every 5 minutes • Compact data format (~200 bytes) optimized for Garmin's network constraints • Persistent local caching for instant display and offline access • Automatic reconnection and clear error messages Supported CGM systems: • Medtronic CareLink (via CarePartner account) • Abbott LibreLinkUp / FreeStyle Libre How to get started: Create a free account at https://glucopulse.ovh Connect your CGM data source (CareLink or LibreLinkUp) in the web dashboard Install the widget on your Garmin watch Open the widget and enter the 6-digit pairing code from your dashboard Done — your watch now displays live glucose data A GlucoPulse account is required.
