Description

How is your body doing today? Recovery Tracker compares two values your watch already measures with your very own baseline every day: • Resting heart rate – your lowest heart rate of the night (30-minute average) • Night stress – the watch’s average stress level during your sleep window (Garmin derives it from heart rate variability) You get exactly one of two answers: • All good – “Your body is working normally.” • Strained – “Your body is under strain. Take it easy.” Strain can have many causes: hard training weeks, too little sleep, travel, altitude, a late night out, or a body that is busy dealing with something. Recovery Tracker doesn’t tell you why – it shows you that your values have moved clearly away from your baseline, so you can take a step back in time. How it works: • For both values you see the last 7 nights as bars, with your baseline as a dashed line. • Baseline = median of your last four weeks; days with unusual values are left out. • A single bad night doesn’t trigger anything – “strained” only appears when the deviation lasts two days in a row. • Adjustable sensitivity (sensitive, normal, cautious). • Optionally the watch asks you once a day to open the widget when you are strained. Setup: Install, open the widget once and wear your watch at night. During the first 14 days Recovery Tracker learns your baseline and shows the daily values until then. The night is taken from the sleep and wake times in your Garmin profile. Note: Recovery Tracker is a wellness app, not a medical application. It does not diagnose anything and does not replace medical advice. Privacy: All data stays on your watch. The app has no internet access – no accounts, no ads, no tracking.

Nouveautés

• New design: resting heart rate and night stress now show the last 7 nights as bars, with your baseline as a dashed line • New app icon • Faster, more stable first start on older and slower watches (e.g. Forerunner 55, fēnix 6)
