The app does: - count day streaks without smoking (auto-increments at midnight) - compare your current performance against previous ones if available - provide a comprehensive explanation of the nicotine withdrawal timeline which shows you both where you stand at the moment and detailed explanation on the effects on the body, along with coping tips - calculate how much money you saved - shows health improvements based on timeline - craving help mode, includes tools to help you go through a craving without smoking - watch your Phoenix revive from its ashes as you make yourself a stronger person - give your Phoenix a name You can edit this app's settings in the Connect IQ application in your phone. This allows you to choose a color theme, set your reasons for quitting, name your pheonix, set your currency, amount and average cigarettes per day, etc.
